It came after the restaurant and food stand went on sale for more than £ half a million in October.
The premises have been marketed by Leeds-based real estate agency Everard Cole with property offers expected to be in the region of £ 575,000.
However, the premises are no longer listed on their website.
CheshireLive also reported in November that the restaurant business had been fined £ 20,000 for employing illegal workers.
