M&T listener ‘I’m not doing this job anymore’ due to COVID

If I’ve learned one thing about the COVID pandemic, it’s that we’ve been spending too much time at home and we’ve all gone a little crazy. At first we were crazy about baking. So much. Banana bread. Then we all had to train to get rid of all the banana bread. For a long time you couldn’t find a hand weight, exercise bike or treadmill on the internet if your life depended on it. Then we turned our attention to the house we were all cooped up in.

LET’S CLEAN THIS HOUSE
When we weren’t cleaning every inch of our homes, we were trying to reorganize everything and make it Pinterest-worthy. I got to the point where I actually bought a long handled dust mop so I could clean the walls in my house. No. I am not joking. I thought, I can’t believe I’ve never cleaned my walls. There must be a lot of lint and dust on it. I spent a whole week going from room to room cleaning my walls. Yes. Will never do that again.

I used to organize my son’s toys in his toy chest by categories like dinosaurs, cars, etc. yeah…not anymore lol
Now, as long as he or I pick them up off the floor, I don’t care if they’re stacked on top of each other in his toy box, waiting to explode because it’s so tight 😌
