Library returns to pre-Covid opening hours

The LYMM library has returned to its pre-Covid opening hours after months of limited service.

The library is now open again six days a week.
The opening times are now as follows: Monday and Tuesday, 10 am-5pm; Wednesday 1 pm-5pm; Thursday, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. Friday, 1 pm-5pm; Saturday, 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.

In addition, there is a quiet hour every Friday from 2:00 p.m. and a story hour every Friday from 2:00 p.m. (semester time only).
The Lymm Sanctuary Hub has also restarted many of its events, including:
Mondays – Cheshire Wellness and Mental Fitness (7-9pm): A mixed support group that helps men and women with their mental wellbeing.
Wednesdays – Memory Café (1 pm-3pm): a 14-day self-help group for people with dementia and their relatives, friends and carers
Thursdays – U3A Photography Group (2-4pm): Every third Thursday of the month. A self-help group for photo enthusiasts.
Lymm Sewcials (10 am-2pm: every first Thursday of the month. A monthly sewing meeting.
Fridays – Friends Craft Group (1 pm-3pm): A weekly craft and friendship event
Constantly:
Affordable Consultation Service: Bookable private consultations for everyone.
IT4All: Ongoing IT drop-in sessions to help older people use IT, as well as equipment rentals and activity groups.
LEAF: A program of events that deals with environmental issues.
