Come and join us for the Christmas fun in Neston this Saturday!

On Saturday November 27th, Neston town center heralds the start of the Christmas season with the lights on, the lantern parade, sideshow booths, Santa’s Grotto, handicrafts and gift market and entertainment.

Hip & Harmony CIC is coordinating the event and is funded by Neston Town Council.
So what’s in stock?
The event takes place from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., so everyone has enough time to browse the market square and town hall safely and without overcrowding. Please wear masks if you wish.
JimJams gifts Happy mouse hunt runs until the raffle at 6 p.m. in the town hall, so take a stroll through the whole city center to find the little festive mice.
There are a number of in the town hall Crafts and gift stalls, which is run by locals, and offers great ideas for under the tree and for filling up the festive stockings. From skin care to photography, everything will be there, with cards and cakes in between, so don’t miss out.
Outside in the market square, sideshow booths and a stage will be set up, with a number of entertainment all day:
2:00 p.m .: Official opening of the event, with a dance of the Christmas figures and a DJ
2:10 p.m .: Hip & Harmony Street Dancers – TeenyBoppers & Little Poppers
2:30 p.m .: Little Actors Theater Company
2:45 p.m .: Grace – soloist
3:00 p.m .: Gabe – soloist
3:15 p.m .: Hip & Harmony Choir
4:00 p.m .: girl & guitar – soloist
4:30 p.m .: The 64 N’Ukes
5:00 p.m .: Woodfall School Samba Band
5:15 p.m .: Port Sunlight Brass Band
5:45 p.m .: Christmas figures dance & DJ
Santa will be in his grotto all afternoon so please bring the little ones to say hello.
Then on the Lantern Parade and the big one Turn on the lights.…
6 p.m .: Parade meeting
6:10 p.m .: Parade to the cross (via the Raby Rd exit from the square)
6.30pm – 6.45pm: Switch on the light
To feed and water you also find Local food and drink specialists in the market square, including Buck-a-Bar, Elephant Collective Pizza, mulled wine and other hot drinks, paisley gray burgers and hot dogs, candy from The Sweet Shop, cotton candy and popcorn from the Party Kings, and more.
Bring the whole family and celebrate with the community for the first time in a long, long time.
